Healing Belongs to Us

As I thought about today’s article, I was reminded of a message I sent to a friend who is facing a challenging situation with his son’s health issues. I thought it would be an encouragement to you as well….
First of all — I speak peace to your mind – will – and emotions!
Second, I want to remind you that God has already given you the victory – 2 Cor. 2:14.

Third, I want you to know that no weapon formed against you shall prosper – Is. 54:17.

Fourth, everything that has a name has to bow it’s knee to the Name of Jesus – Phil. 2:10.

Fifth, Jesus has done all He’s going to do for you and your son because when He hung on the cross He said “It is finished.” – John 19:30, and then He sat down at the right hand of Father God – Mark 16:19, and God has made His enemies (our enemies) His footstool — which means our enemy is under our feet, or we need to put him under our feet! — Psalm 110:1, Matthew 22:44, Mark 12:36, Luke 20:43, Acts 2:35.

Sixth, healing is part of our covenant with Jesus because we’ve been redeemed from the curse – Gal. 3:13.

Seven—-I could go on and on about the promises of God when it comes to healing, but the promises are in God’s Word. Remember to stand on the Word, speak the Word, (life and death are in the power of your tongue!) and you will see complete healing manifested in your son’s earth suit!

We have authority and power to speak to sickness and disease and command it to leave our bodies or those bodies that we have authority over – our family – and just as Jesus told the woman whose daughter was sick that if she would only believe, she would see His Glory (His goodness) – Matt. 15:28, Mark 5:34 and John 11:40.

I realize I may be preaching to the choir here, but we all need people to come along side us and encourage us from time to time. Be encouraged today. God has made you and your family more than overcomes.

We know sickness is not God’s plan. Good God, bad devil! We’re expecting a good report from the doctors the next time you go!

Faith to Believe That You Receive

“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. “  Mark 11:24

God’s Word tells us that we can have whatever we ask for in prayer, by simply believing that we already have it! As you are praying, know that you already have your answer or breakthrough.  According to the verse above, believe that you receive them,” and the proper response is “Thank You!”.

God’s Word also tells us that we already have whatever we are praying for because we are already blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 1:3)

And you are in Christ the moment you received Him as your Savior; so when you pray, you are actually releasing your faith to lay hold of what you already have in Jesus. And as you keep saying that you already have it (Mark 11:23), you will see the manifestation of it in the natural realm.
It’s time to realize that you have already received your healing (or whatever you are believing God for) through the finished work of Christ.  When pain persists or comes back, keep saying, “In Jesus, I believe I’m healed according to 1 Peter 2:24. I’m not trying or going to be healed. I’m already healed because I’m in Christ. As Christ is, so am I in this world.” It won’t be very long before you see your healing manifested in your body.

Sometimes, the symptoms of a sickness or lack may return and you think that you still haven’t received your blessing; however, that’s the time to release your faith and declare that you already have it. You’re not confessing to get it – you’re confessing because you already have it in Jesus Christ!
The Bible tells us that Christ is in us. (Colossians 1:27) This means that right now, your healing, prosperity, wellness, family’s well-being and everything your heart desires are in you. So say, “I have everything I need in Christ right now!” and call them out of the spiritual realm into the natural realm.
